In your web browser type in the address bar: https://portal.brainerd.net
On the screen below enter the phone number in the box indicated
- Please note you must enter the full 10-digit phone number without and dashes
- Example: 2184540987
Enter your Password in the box indicated
- You will find your password on the programming sheet provided at training
- Example: BFFC2019!ctc
Click on Login.
The following main CommPortal screen below will open upon login. This is the main log-in screen. Click on the word Menus.
On the following screen you will want to click on the Keys tab:
Find the auto-attendant option/phone number you want to adjust. In this case for the caller to reach the emergency option they would push 5. On the following screen you will change the phone number across from option 5. Remember the number has to be entered as you would dial it. All long distance numbers should be entered with a 1 + Area Code + 7-digit phone number. When done updating click on Apply.
Click Close
At the tools dropdown in the upper right-hand of the screen you will want to select Logout
