NOTE: This only works if you have been given administrator rights.
Log in to the administrator CommPortal
Phone Name Change
- Access All lines
- Find the number you wish to change.
- At the Actions down arrow select Edit personal details
- Type the new name in the box next to Name
- Click on the box Save
Internal Caller ID Change
- Access All lines
- Find the number you wish to change.
- At the Actions down arrow select View Individual Settings
- Click on the “Call settings” button
- In the box after If not withheld, signal my name as: Type in the new name
- Click on the box Apply
After completing your options you will want to log out. In the upper right of the screen you will see your name. Click on your name and select Logout
