How to Enroll in Auto Pay for Your CTC Bill
Simplify your monthly billing process by setting up automatic payments through your CTC online account. This guide walks you through the steps to securely link your bank account and enable Auto Pay, ensuring your payments are always on time.
1. Navigate to https://www.goctc.com/

2. To set up auto pay, log into your eBill account.
3. To access eBill, pull down the "My Accounts" dropdown, and select "my CTC eBill."

4. Use your login information to sign in.
5. Click "Log in".

6. From your account dashboard, select "Auto Pay" in the sidebar.

7. Click "Enroll"

8. Click "New Bank Account"

9. Select your account type.

10. Enter the name associated with your bank account.

11. And enter your routing and account numbers.

12. Click "Add Bank Account"

13. Click the "I agree to the Terms and Conditions" field.

14. Click "Submit Auto Pay"

15. You have now enrolled in Auto Pay. From the confirmation screen, you can log out by selecting "Log Out" from the sidebar.
