Steps
Navigate to goctc.com and click on the Online Payment (e-bill) link under Customer Tools. The CTC Online Payment login screen will appear.
Step 1 Connect to our website
Step 2 Access your account
To create an account, click on the link create a new login.
Step 3 Enter Bill Information
Use your existing invoice to enter your Invoice Number and Total Amount Due. Click Continue to set up your account.
Step 4 Register your account
Enter your information in the given fields. Click Register here to create your account.
An email will be sent to the email address you entered.

Step 5 Review or pay your bill
Once you’ve created an account, you have access to review your account details.
Under your account number you can see your amount due and the last payment.
Other options include:
- View Bill
- Make a Payment
- Print Bill
- Set up Automatic Payments
- View Past Payments
- Add a Feature
- Remove a Feature
- Change my Packages
- Mange my rate plans
