**Warning this will erase all settings and DVR recordings**
Step 1
Disconnect power from the back of the STB (Set Top Box)
Step 2
Press and hold down the OK key and the down arrow key on the front of the STB, using one hand.
Step 3
Using the other hand reconnect power while continuing to hold the keys down.
Step 4
Watch for the “Link” “HD” and “Record” lights to flash 3 times on the front of the STB then release the keys after the third blink.
Step 5
The STB will now initiate a hard reset and will re-download all software. You will see a gear appear onscreen and a progress bar. Wait for this to complete, do not disconnect power during this operation. Should the STB stop responding for longer than 30 mins, or if a red “X” appears please call us at 218-454-1234.
