Navigate to https://www.goctc.com/gomobile | |

Click "View Plans" | |

Click "Get Started" on any of the plans. | |

Enter your CTC account number and select "Check!" | |
|
You will then be redirected to the storefront. You can either shop for new phones or select "Already have a phone". | |
|
If purchasing a phone, you can select "Quick View" below the device for more information or click on the image to select the device. | |
| You will then have the option to select the color and storage (if applicable). | |
| Select if you want to finance the phone or "Pay in Full". | |
| Select if you have a device you want to trade in or you can "Skip Trade In". | |
| Click "Select Your Plan" | |

Select the plan you want for this line by clicking "Select Plan". | |
|
You can purchase a protection plan on the device if you are purchasing a new device. (prices vary on cost of device). | |
|
Complete the account information fields. Fill in your email address, phone number, create a PIN and a password for your My Mobile account. | |
|
If purchasing a new device, you can choose the shipping method. (ground shipping is complementary). | |
|
Click "Get a New Number" or "Keep You Number". | |
| Click the "I agree to the:" field to accept the terms & conditions. | |
| Click the "Checkout" to continue to the payment screen. | |

Enter your credit card information and select "Place Order". | |
|
Check your email for the next steps You will receive a confirmation email that your order is complete and a payment summary. | |

Then you will receive another email when it is time to "Activate You eSIM" if you chose to use your current device. | |
