On the main log-in screen, click on the left column “All Lines”, scroll to find the main telephone number you want to adjust how the incoming call traffic is routed.
On the Actions dropdown arrow next to the telephone number select View Individual Settings
WARNING: Do not choose the Reset line option as ALL settings for the phone will be wiped out. If a business group administrator does this there is a $37.50 reprogramming fee billed to the account.
Click on the Go to Call Manager button.
Click on the WEEKLY SCHEDULE tab to adjust the regular business hour time.
Please note in the screen the area shaded Purple corresponds to the font color of the time period scheduled for Working Hours. The area shaded Green corresponds to the font color of the time period scheduled for Night.
Click on Working Hours and use your cursor on the correct day and timeframe you wish to change. When you click on a timeframe area you will see the box turn to Purple as you click on it. To save you MUST click on Apply.
To change the Night schedule you will want to repeat the steps above by clicking on Night. You will once again use your cursor on the correct day and timeframe you wish to adjust. When you click on a timeframe area you will see the box turn to green as you click on it. To save you MUST click on Apply.
In the upper right of the screen you will see your name. Click on your name and select Logout
