Use the arrow button to highlight 9 Device Adminstration.
Press the Select softkey.
Use the arrow button to highlight 4 Restart.
Press the Select softkey
Press the OK softkey when prompted on the screen with the following: Do you want to reboot the system?
NOTE: the phone will actually go through a 2 step process. You will see it look like it is up and functional, however if you are watching it will go down a second time and back up.
